Access to the courts for the general public.

The General Public

Under the original agreement with the City of Omaha, the courts are available to the general public from noon to 4 PM every day except Friday and Saturday.  The general public will pay a Visitor Fee of $20 per court.  The visitor's request must be placed on the day before the desired reservation. Those are the rules. The truth is, we attempt to accomodate all requests.

To request a court reservation, use the 'Nonmember Court Reservations' selection on the Contact Us page.  Be sure to specify the specific time slot you are requesting in your message.  Time slots run on half-hour intervals.

An OCCA representative will confirm the court reservation if a court is available.  Someone will meet the visitors at the courts to provide access, collect the Visitor Fee, and will explain the procedure for after-play brushing of the courts.  Checks should be payable to 'OCCA'.  Cash payments should be in the exact amount due. This fee may also be paid online. Click here to make a Visitor Fee payment.

Guests

Nonmembers may play on the clay courts with an OCCA member at anytime by paying the $10 Guest Fee each time they play.  The member is responsible for collecting this fee from each guest and for turning it in to any OCCA board member or paying in online through the website.  Nonmembers may also self-pay their Guest Fee online.
